We are at a crossroad in New York. People are leaving our state due to career politicians selling out on us – unaffordable healthcare & housing, wages not keeping up with standard of living, and our infrastructure crumbling around us.

My name is Thearse McCalmon. I am an educator, historian, activist, mother, and grandmother. I am ready to take on Senator Jim Tedisco (R-NY49). We are living in unprecedented times which call for new leadership. I'm here to bring the change New York deserves.
