| Megathread: Supreme Court Upholds Arizona Voting Restrictions Posted: 01 Jul 2021 07:58 AM PDT The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld voting restrictions in Arizona. The 6-3 ruling, with the court's conservative justices in the majority, reversed a lower court ruling in deciding that Arizona's limits on who can return early ballots for another person and refusal to count ballots cast in the wrong precinct are not racially discriminatory.
