The justices come back to work (in the courtroom, with Covid precautions) as their public-approval rating has tanked against the backdrop of calls from the left to add seats to the 6-3 Republican-appointee dominated tribunal. And just this morning, we found out Justice Kavanaugh tested positive for Covid-19 yesterday. There's a lot happening.
