Thanks so much for joining me here in Reddit! Like I said, I wish I had more time to answer all of your questions, but I will check back in here as often as I can and make sure to answer all of them in time.

I am a LEED-accredited licensed architect, an author, a small business owner and a mother of five who has deep roots in Orange County, having graduated from UCI before receiving my Masters in Architecture from UCLA. I am a socially liberal, business-friendly Democrat who has friends and family on both sides of the aisle. I am a passionate advocate for the environment, women's rights, health care and public education, and I have lived in Newport Beach for over 40 years now. I have seen the gradual changes over the years in Orange County, as the community has become more diverse and more progressive, and for the first time in many years Orange County voted for Hillary over Trump, so the timing is right. Our current congressional "representative", Dana Rohrabacher, is basically Trump-in-a-Hawaiian-shirt, and I am ready to flip that seat from red to blue, and permanently retire him to his surfboard in 2018!
