Cuomo Sexually Harassed Multiple Women, Broke Laws Posted: 03 Aug 2021 09:23 AM PDT Today, New York Attorney General Letitia James released the results of the independent investigation into the sexual harassment allegations against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. In the report, independent investigators found that Governor Cuomo's actions "violated multiple state and federal laws, as well as the Executive Chamber's own written policies". Sexual harassment allegations against Governor Cuomo first surfaced in December of 2020, leading to calls for his resignation and for a large number of calls for impeachment by the New York State Legislature. In late February, Attorney General James appointed an independent panel to investigate the allegations, and the legislature authorized an impeachment investigation in March.
