President Joe Biden is expected to address the nation this morning at 11:30 Eastern on a new framework for his social spending agenda. The $1.75 trillion deal has been significantly scaled down from the original $3.5T proposal after months of negotiations, but the White House expresses confidence the new framework will pass both the House and the Senate.
