I'm Matt Bors and I've drawn 1500 political cartoons. I've been hustling in the world of Online Content for about 15 years, through the collapse of alt-weeklies to the rise of social media, trying to find a way to keep getting paid to dunk on politicians.
I edit The Nib, a publication for non-fiction comics and satire, which I founded in 2013. Before that, I did trips to Afghanistan and Haiti for comics journalism and I've done two books, War Is Boring with journalist David Axe, and Life Begins At Incorporation, a collection of my political cartoons.
I've done some comics that are probably familiar to reddit over the years: my Steve Jobs obit, my "white babies outnumbered" comic and of course the Mr. Gotcha guy.
The Nib joined First Look Media in 2016, then we launched a whole animated show for the web. Right now, we're Kickstarting a print publication to fund the future of the publication and because print still rules.
We are also launching our first print quarter in September.

Edit: Alright, thanks for all the questions. I'm signing off and getting back to the comics now.
