I currently hold a seat on the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council in Los Angeles where I formed the first LGBTQIA Advocates Advisory Committee. I also serve as one of the Council's Homelessness Liaisons. I announced my candidacy for Congress in June 2019, and I'm taking on Adam Schiff to represent California's 28th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. The Liberal Gun Club is the largest organization in the U.S. of people who are left of center and support the Second Amendment. We believe that every single person should have every single civil right and believe in root cause mitigation rather than political talking points. We are decidedly not the NRA.
