We just spent a week in DC Talking About Privacy, Open Access and Encryption with Government Agencies, Congressman and Think Tanks.

We were frustrated with the government's inaction when we expressed our concerns, so we founded Golden Frog to give users tools to take control of their Internet privacy. Our personal VPN product, VyprVPN, has encrypted millions of Internet connections across the world. Given current threats to privacy and the open Internet in the United States and around the world, Golden Frog recently spent a week in Washington D.C. talking to governmental agencies, congressman and think tanks about:

  • Privacy: Service Providers in the USA can snoop, store and sell user data without permission.

  • Open Access: We have a unique view on the current debate over the open Internet and FCC Chairman Pai's attack on net neutrality, including some key points on what Pai is getting wrong.

  • Encryption: We can share with you which Congressman have your back and fight against encryption backdoors!

I would love to share what we learned in DC, what we know about privacy and the open Internet, and how you can best protect yourself online. Ask me anything!
